Jodi Ketchum, Owner
Certified in Tuina Bodywork
Jodi received her Tuina Bodywork and Massage Therapy certification at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine here in San Diego. Jodi continued her studies at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Shanghai, China. In addition to PCOM, she attended the Southwest School of Healing Arts in Phoenix, AZ.
Jodi has over 1500 hours of training and 10 years of experience in the field of therapeutic massage and bodywork. Continuing her studies in Tuina Bodywork, Jodi has completed certification in Tuina for Diabetes, Hypertension and Stroke at the Taoist Sanctuary in San Diego.
Her specialty is working with people who suffer from chronic back, neck and shoulder pain, chronic fatigue, hypertension/anxiety/depression and symptoms from PMS and other internal disharmonies stemming from the female reproductive system. Jodi maintains a private practice in San Diego and Los Angeles.

Mark Leisinger, Co-owner Radiant Fitness
Mark Leisinger is a thirty year veteran of the health and fitness industry. He recently finished a twenty - five year tenure as General Manager at the San Diego Athletic Club. He is certified in personal training and pilates.
Mark has completed over 100 marathons and ultra marathons. His hobbies include cycling, hiking or running on any of the scenic San Diego County area trails! He spends his down time with his beloved Italian Greyhound - Pico!
Yumiko Asamizu, Co-owner Radiant Fitness
Yumiko Asamizu has well over twenty years in the fitness field. Yumiko is certified in yoga, pilates and personal training. If you want to try Pilates, contact Yumi for a free intro session! Her hobbies include healthy cooking, swimming and jogging on the beach. Her favorite down time activity is spending time in her home town of Hakodate, Japan and visiting the numerous beautiful hot springs in her native country!
Dayna Larson, L.Ac
Dayna studied at the Pacific College of Oriental Medicine here in San Diego where he received his Masters Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine as well as his Massage Therapist & Tuina Bodywork certification. He also studied in China at the Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Carl M Balingit, LAc, Dipl OM
Carl practices Chinese medicine through the skillful use of acupuncture and herbs. He is licensed by the California Acupuncture Board, and nationally certified in Oriental medicine. He has a private practice in Mission Hills.
Before private practice, Carl interned at several clinics in San Diego in addition to Chengdu University of TCM Hospital in Sichuan Province, China.

Tate Baker, LMT
Tate began working in massage therapy in 2006 after recognizing the importance of using massage as a maintenance tool for optimal mind and body health. After having taught yoga for some time in Milwaukee, WI; he began his studies with Lakeside School of Massage Therapy in Milwaukee. With continued studies, he incorporates into his work: relaxation, deep tissue structural work as needed, myofascial, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, hot stone, aromatherapy, and Thai massage. Tate came to San Diego to do additional yoga training in 2009 with YogaOne studio and came to work with Lotus Sanctuary in February of 2011.
Away from his work he enjoys kayaking, hiking, biking, running, cooking, travel, and continued learning
Dan is a Holistic Health Practitioner and Certified Asian Bodywork Therapist and has been professionally involved in health and fitness for over 30 years. He is a former physical education instructor who has presented at workshops, designed curriculum, and served as Master Teacher and Mentor. He graduated from San Diego State University in 1984 with a degree in education and from Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in 2002. Dan is licensed by the state of California as a massage therapist, is certified by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB) and by the American Organization for Bodywork Therapies of Asia (AOBTA). He is an Active Professional Member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA).
Dan began studying martial arts in 1986 and currently holds the rank of Nidan in Shaolin Kempo kung fu. For the last 10 years he has been studying the traditional Chinese internal martial arts of Bagua Zhang, Hsing I, and Tai Chi Chuan. He has provided Tai Chi instruction for the University of California, San Diego as part of scientific studies on the effects of Tai Chi on heart failure, and on mild depression.
Dan specializes in Tuina (twee-na) bodywork, a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine. His treatments are tailored to the specific needs of the client and may include deep tissue, stretching, external herbal applications, moxibustion, gua sha, or cupping, He also studies and teaches Tai Chi, Qi Gong, massage therapy, and other specialty techniques.
Dan is an avid outdoor enthusiast and spends his free time surfing, hiking, skiing, and biking.
